ROKKER= self titled Texas "punk" lp from 1979 on Owl (not Dockstader'z) . Strange anti-parent crude thing with funny lyrics about punks in trash cans and wankers...horrible oatmeal mouth vocals. Just "OFF" in general. Found it at Reckless in Chicago for a $1...rules...cover is amazing....
